Account recovery

The Control Center has one owner account. Password recovery is performed by the owner from the application host, not through email, until a mail integration is activated.

Open a terminal on the environment that hosts the application.
Run the owner bootstrap command with a new passphrase supplied for that single invocation. The command is documented in the operations runbook and never stores the passphrase on disk.
Sign in with the new passphrase. The reset is recorded in the audit log.
